The best experience I have had with a personal trainer
Lily makes me look forward to work outs. Not only is she knowledgeable and good at what she does but she cares about you and she's fun! Her gym is perfect for me because there are no distractions, it's just her and I. I am already seeing results in just 2 weeks.. Love her!

Lilly is awesome! She will push you farther than you think you can go and surprise you with how much your body really can take! I've been going a month and already see results and feel like I have tons more energy. She doesn't just whoop you into shape, she teaches you a whole new lifestyle! I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good trainer!

I have been working out with Lily to slim down and have noticed a difference in my body due to her workouts, a personalized eating consultation, and her health recommendations. She is awesome for one on one because she does coaching to fit anyone's individual needs. I would highly recommend her for anyone that's wants to gain as well as loose weight.

I was very pleased about my training session with Lily. I've wanted to get in shape and start bulking up for a long time now. I never really had the motivation or knowledge to needed to properly gain weight in a healthy way. Not only do you get personal training but you also get some good advice about what not to eat and what to eat which is worth so much. Lily has the experience and knowledge to help anyone meet their fitness goals with reasonable concise planning and at a fair price. I highly recommend anyone interested in working out and getting in shape to consult with Lily.

Thank You Lily for always motivating me and encouraging me . I have never met a more positive , determined, and hard working Trainer. Lily pushed me further than I would have ever pushed myself, she believed in me more than I believed in me. She knew that I could do things that I really thought I couldn't. Been training with lily for three weeks now ! It has been pure joy! I am not exactly what u call an exercise loving person but I look forward to our sessions !after each workout I am in lots of pain (good pain) and of course I go back for more! I love her creative exercises and the way she makes it fun ! I laugh and exercise the entire hour ! Already seeing improvement ! Don't be fool though , She is one tough trainer !💪🏻😳

This is an amazing place, she makes you do these crazy workouts (sometimes not so crazy) that whip you into shape. It's never a boring time either, she is comical. When you are having trouble she helps you out and makes you the best you can be and helps you work till you can do it no problem.

Whole Person Fitness gym provides a non-intimidating atmosphere that allows anyone to feel comfortable and know that we provide an individualized training for each client's needs.

I have been in the fitness industry for 19 years and have trained clients for weight loss, body building, core strength, agility, balance and flexibility. I also love training kids and seniors and work with varied needs. I also have a certification as a Child Birth Doula and a Neurolinguistic  Practitioner with training in behavioral modification. Our trainers are very knowledgeable, and we give each client a training for his/her body type. The gym is by appointment only, so it allows you to have that time for just yourself with your trainer and no big gym distractions. ​3 months ago I discovered Lily Dilts through Thumbtack.  I was looking for a personal trainer since I needed to work out and get into shape.  Since then I have not only toned up and lost inches, but amazingly built up my stamina.  I am thrilled.  Lily is always very encouraging when I am unable to lift weights or do cardio workouts. I recommend Lily because she is experienced and knowledgeable and is careful and vigilant about ensuring good form while working out.
