This is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Health / Life Coach
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (Linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behavior (programming).
Through your nervous system you experience the world. Your brain processes this information, interpreting it and representing it to your conscious mind. It is these representations that cause you to become focused, sleepy, inspired or confident, and cause you to do well or poorly in any situation. You can change the way your brain represents experiences and gains control over your current state, or influence the state of others if you learn how the brain programs itself and how to change the program.
